Overview of CCA
Step into the world of martial arts with Wushu, a CCA that blends athleticism and artistry. Students build strength, flexibility, and focus as they learn traditional forms and movements, celebrating both discipline and Chinese cultural heritage. Students master both barehanded and weapon routines over time. They gain confidence by performing in school showcases and cultural events. This CCA builds not just physical strength but also mental discipline and self-control.
What Students Will Experience
Students will:
Learn basic Quan and Weapon routines
Cultivate self-discipline which transform to independence learning
Develop cooperative learning with peers
Gain understanding of Chinese culture through the eye of martial arts
Highlights and Opportunities
Gain opportunities to perform in both school and public events
Participate in NSG (National School Games)
