Join the Chess Club to build friendships, sharpen your thinking, and compete in national school championships.
Overview of CCA
Chess club is a great way for Lasallians to meet friends who share their passion for the game and form a community of chess enthusiasts. Lasallians can socialise with other members, discuss chess strategies, and build relationships with fellow players. Being part of a chess club can provide a sense of community and belonging, making chess more enjoyable and rewarding.
Playing chess offers numerous benefits, including strengthening cognitive skills, improving memory and attention span, and fostering sportsmanship. It also teaches players to handle both victory and defeat with grace, resilience, and respect.
